Mackenzie Fettig

Executive Director

Mackenzie Fettig is a proud North Dakota native, having spent her early years in the vibrant community of Fargo. She is a former North Dakota State University graduate who studied Strategic Communication and Sociology. Throughout her college years she volunteered with many local organizations and charities where she grew her love for the non-profit world. Volunteering and giving back has been part of Mackenzie’s life since she started volunteering at a local homeless shelter with her family when she was in Elementary school. When asked what Mackenzie is most excited about in her role as Executive Director, she states “the opportunity to give back to the very communities that have shaped my identity.”

Matthew Wuorinen

Activities Coordinator

Matthew Wuorinen is a self-taught artist based in West Fargo, North Dakota. He is a former MSUM wrestler who studied Mass Communications-Advertising as well as a former Assistant Wrestling coach for Fargo North High School (2016,2017). He is also an avid distance-runner and has completed 4 Fargo Marathons. He has worked on over a dozen murals locally and taught both kids and adults how to spray paint through places such as Unglued and the Plains Art Museum.  He primarily draws influence from varying cultures/ history,  graffiti, street art & clip art. He also runs a free meetup for creatives named Draw Club which has been active in Fargo-Moorhead for over 5 years.

Matt Skoy

Director for Leadership & Talent Development, Sagency
Matt Skoy, Ph.D. is a sought-after speaker, facilitator, and coach for helping individuals and teams develop the right mindsets, skillsets, and toolsets vital for organizational success. As Sagency’s Director for Leadership and Talent Development, Matt partners with organizations of all sizes to unlock human potential and team success. Family and community are paramount to Matt. He has a wonderful life partner in his wife, and they are raising three beautiful children together. He serves as a board member (past chair) of the American Red Cross Minnesota and Dakotas Region, is active in other boards and advisory committees, and volunteers at his local church. As someone who takes nothing for granted, giving back to the community is a top priority, and he works diligently to instill strong values in his family.

Mark Bieber

Estimating Manager, InDemand Industrial Services
Mark is the Estimating Manager for InDemand Industrial Services, an industrial construction company in Bismarck, ND and Camden, AR. He has been involved in successfully estimating projects of all sizes ranging up to $100 million. Along with his estimating duties, he has served as a facilities manager and has owned multiple rental properties. Mark is a graduate of the University of North Dakota. He resides in Bismarck with his wife, Kimberly, and their three children. He enjoys spending time at the lake, golfing, and volunteering for his kids’ activities.

Vicki Campbell

Chief Financial Officer, EPIC Companies
Vicki has been with EPIC since day one and oversees all accounting and finance for EPIC. She has 20+ years of accounting experience helping businesses make critical financial decisions by auditing, collecting, tracking and correcting company finances. Vicki helps maintain that all finances are accurate throughout the year. Vicki graduated from Minot State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting.

Sue Nilson

Vice President of Community Relations, EPIC Companies
Sue is the Vice President of Community Relations at EPIC Companies. She has been working at EPIC since November 2020. Her day-to-day consists of managing the office and employee-related functions including leading the EPIC Volunteer Committee, Volunteering by EPIC. She has a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University, with 40 years in retail sales/management. Sue is also a board member of Christmas Gift and a Committee member for BGCRRV.
Blake COO EPIC Companies

Blake Nybakken

Chief Operating Officer, EPIC Companies
Blake is the Chief Operating Officer for EPIC Companies. He has been licensed in real estate since 2007, and has participated in all aspects of commercial development.  He is a board member of Essential Living, Inc, and has helped develop over 100 units of affordable housing in his hometown of Minot, ND.  He is experienced in financing these projects with both state and federal programs. He and his wife Mary live in Fargo and have 4 children (ages 4-14). Blake is on the volunteer committee at EPIC, delivers Meals on Wheels, coaches youth hockey, and enjoys spending any free time outdoors with his family.

Marla Kulig

Executive Director, Retired, Rehab Services Inc.
For 28 years Marla was the Executive Director of RSI (Rehab Services Inc.) in Minot. She started RSI in 1988 with one program and with the help of great co-workers developed it into a state-of-the-art non-profit. Since retirement, she has enjoyed all the benefits of being a grandma, especially at the family cabin. Traveling and volunteering are also a big part of what keeps her busy.
