Amy Hass

Chief Executive Officer, EPIC Companies
Amy has been with EPIC since 2016 and oversees all aspects of the business. Prior to EPIC Companies, she was a Manager with Gap Inc., for over 8 years. Amy completed her Business Management Degree at North Dakota State University. In December 2021, she was named Prairie Business Magazine’s 40 under 40.

Vicki Campbell

Chief Financial Officer, EPIC Companies
Vicki has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Minot State University. She also has over twenty years of accounting experience. Vicki is originally from Chicago, lived in California, Italy, and now is living in Minot, ND.

Sue Nilson

Vice President of Community Relations, EPIC Companies
Sue is the Vice President of Community Relations at EPIC Companies. She has been working at EPIC since November 2020. Her day-to-day consists of managing the office and employee-related functions including leading the EPIC Volunteer Committee, Volunteering by EPIC. She has a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University, with 40 years in retail sales/management. Sue is also a board member of Christmas Gift and a Committee member for BGCRRV.
Blake COO EPIC Companies

Blake Nybakken

Chief Operating Officer, EPIC Companies
Blake is the Chief Operating Officer for EPIC Companies. He has been licensed in real estate since 2007, and has participated in all aspects of commercial development.  He is a board member of Essential Living, Inc, and has helped develop over 100 units of affordable housing in his hometown of Minot, ND.  He is experienced in financing these projects with both state and federal programs. He and his wife Mary live in Fargo and have 4 children (ages 4-14). Blake is on the volunteer committee at EPIC, delivers Meals on Wheels, coaches youth hockey, and enjoys spending any free time outdoors with his family.

Marla Kulig

Executive Director, Retired, Rehab Services Inc.
For 28 years Marla was the Executive Director of RSI (Rehab Services Inc.) in Minot. She started RSI in 1988 with one program and with the help of great co-workers developed it into a state-of-the-art non-profit. Since retirement, she has enjoyed all the benefits of being a grandma, especially at the family cabin. Traveling and volunteering are also a big part of what keeps her busy.
