Mackenzie Fettig is a proud North Dakota native, having spent her early years in the vibrant community of Fargo. She is a former North Dakota State University graduate who studied Strategic Communication and Sociology. Throughout her college years she volunteered with many local organizations and charities where she grew her love for the non-profit world. Volunteering and giving back has been part of Mackenzie’s life since she started volunteering at a local homeless shelter with her family when she was in Elementary school. When asked what Mackenzie is most excited about in her role as Executive Director, she states “the opportunity to give back to the very communities that have shaped my identity.”
Matthew Wuorinen is a self-taught artist based in West Fargo, North Dakota. He is a former MSUM wrestler who studied Mass Communications-Advertising as well as a former Assistant Wrestling coach for Fargo North High School (2016,2017). He is also an avid distance-runner and has completed 4 Fargo Marathons. He has worked on over a dozen murals locally and taught both kids and adults how to spray paint through places such as Unglued and the Plains Art Museum. He primarily draws influence from varying cultures/ history, graffiti, street art & clip art. He also runs a free meetup for creatives named Draw Club which has been active in Fargo-Moorhead for over 5 years.
